Phoenix Tennis Center on North 21st Avenue is a city-owned public facility with 25 lighted outdoor courts, managed by Ragland Tennis Services under Director Joe Ragland since 2019. The center hosts tournaments, league play, and a free PASS Kids youth program alongside paid lessons.
