Kids Programs

- Kids cooking camps - week-long arcs in the restaurant kitchen
- Family cooking sessions with parents and children working together
- 8 to 11 recipes taught in a three-hour class block
What's Included
- Use of the working restaurant kitchen
- All ingredients and tools provided
- Instruction from Chef Nancy Longo (Baltimore cooking-class pioneer)
- Up to 11 recipes per class for students to take home
Experience
Original setting: kids cook inside an active fine-dining restaurant rather than a dedicated teaching studio. Long-running program (since the late 1990s) means Chef Nancy's curriculum is well refined - dense recipe count per session suits older elementary and middle schoolers who can keep pace.
