NFL FLAG League of the Year for Western PA

Pittsburgh National League (PNL) is the official NFL FLAG league for Greater Pittsburgh and Western Pennsylvania, operating since 2004 and named NFL FLAG League of the Year in 2024. PNL runs flag football, camps, tournaments, and the Pittsburgh Elite travel program out of its East Pittsburgh base.
