Pono Gymnastics is a Kaneohe facility (Honolulu metro) inside Windward Mall on Kamehameha Hwy. Programs span 12 months to adult across recreational and USAG competitive tracks. Air-conditioned facility - useful in Hawaii.

Programs for Kids

Programs split by age band and skill level across recreational and competitive teams plus ninja co-ed track. Programs include:
- Parent-tot sessions (12 months+)
- Girls Bronze level
