Multi-discipline gym with rotation-based curriculum in Los Alamitos
Rise Up Athletics operates from the Reagan Street location in Los Alamitos, just north of the Long Beach metro line. The curriculum uses weekly rotations through gymnastics events - girls cover beam, vault, bars, and floor; boys add rings, parallel bars, pommel, and high bar - giving kids consistent exposure to each apparatus.
