Rock Creek Park Nature Center - National Park Service Nature Center Inside Rock Creek
National Park Service nature center inside Rock Creek Park, one of the oldest national parks in the nation (est. 1890). The center includes exhibit halls, a planetarium, live animal displays, and the only public planetarium operated by the NPS.

Experience
DC families use the Nature Center as a free recurring destination with a mix of indoor exhibits and outdoor trails. The Glover Road NW location is in upper northwest DC, reachable from Tenleytown and Friendship Heights.
