Brookside Cooking School Six Days a Week
Founded by Catherine deCamp in Tulsa's Brookside district, Sage Culinary Studio runs kids and adult classes virtually every day of the week. The Peoria Avenue studio splits young chefs into age-appropriate groups so 3-year-olds and 16-year-olds get curriculum pitched at their level.
Kids Programs
Three dedicated kid tracks plus weekend mornings, weekday afternoons, and evening sessions. Programs include:
- Kinder Chef Couples (ages 3-4, child-with-adult)
- Foodies (ages 5-8)
- Sous Chefs (ages 9+, including teens)
- Birthday parties and summer camps

Experience
Knife skills, baking, savory cooking, and global cuisines paced for each age group. Students cook real menus from start to plating, building independence in the kitchen as they age up through tracks.
