Seahawks Flag Football League

Official Seahawks Youth Flag Football League

The Seahawks Flag Football League is the official youth flag football program backed by the Seattle Seahawks and NFL FLAG. Co-ed and girls divisions run across the Puget Sound, with the Shoreline league playing at Shoreline Stadium and additional leagues across Bellevue, Bothell, Issaquah, Kirkland, Seattle, Kent, Renton, Tacoma, SeaTac, and Vancouver.

Flag Football Format

Teams of approximately 10 kids meet once per week on Saturdays or Sundays for a total of 2 hours. Programs include:
- Co-ed NFL Flag teams across age divisions
- Girls Flag Football League (Kirkland)
- Practice and game in the same weekly session
