City-Run Co-Ed Flag Football

The San Francisco Recreation and Parks Department runs a co-ed non-contact 5-on-5 youth flag football league out of McLaren Lodge in Golden Gate Park. The league emphasizes finesse and technique with no running plays, only passing plays, route running, and laterals.

Flag Football Divisions

Two age-based divisions. Programs include:
- Future Stars Division for ages 8 to 10
- Showcase Division for ages 11 to 13
- Co-ed non-contact format
