Shoong Family Chinese Cultural Center
Rooted in Oakland Chinatown since 1953, the Shoong Family Chinese Cultural Center teaches Mandarin and Cantonese to children through weekday after-school and Saturday-morning programs. Its leveled curriculum spans kindergarten through ninth grade.
