South Miami Grey Ghosts Football & Cheer is the City of South Miami's youth tackle football and cheerleading program, playing out of Palmer Park. The program competes in the Miami Xtreme League.

Football Programs for Kids

The Grey Ghosts field tackle football teams plus cheerleading squads across age-banded divisions. Programs include:
- Co-ed Youth Tackle Football
- Cheerleading squads
- August-December Fall season
- Friday evening and Saturday games
- Miami Xtreme League play
