South St Paul Municipal Youth Football

South St. Paul Parks & Recreation Department runs in-house flag football for kids 5-12 and traveling tackle football for grades 4-8 through the Metro East Youth Football League. The Third Avenue North office handles registration and scheduling.

Flag and Tackle Football

Two formats by age. Programs include:
- In-House Flag Football ages 5-6 and 7-12
- Boys and Girls flag divisions
- Traveling Tackle Football grades 4-8 (Metro East YFL)
- Home-and-home series vs Inver Grove Heights
