SouthWest Aquatics on Windermere Road Winter Garden (W Orlando metro) operates two heated pools - a 25-yard 10-lane outdoor competition pool plus an enclosed 90° teaching pool. Uses the PediaSwim methodology for infant-focused drowning prevention.

PediaSwim Methodology

Three-level progression plus team. Programs include:
- PediaSwim I - basic training (infants 6 months+)
- PediaSwim II - maintenance + refresher
- PediaSwim III - stroke development
- STARS Swim Team (competitive)
- Adult swim lessons
