Spirit Football has run youth football out of Papillion and the South-Sarpy area since 1977 and counts 7 National Youth Football Championships. The org covers tackle, NFL Flag, and competitive 7v7 across Spirit Field and partner venues.

Multiple programs for ages 5-18. Programs include:
- Youth Tackle Football
- NFL Flag Football (fall and spring)
- Competitive 7v7 (December-May)
- Practice across Spirit Field, American Heroes Park, Papillion Landing, and Dakota Dome
