Swift Kick Martial Arts runs its flagship studio on Bernardo Center Drive in San Diego's Rancho Bernardo neighborhood (with a second location in Carlsbad). The curriculum blends traditional martial arts with modern striking and grappling - taekwondo, boxing, kickboxing, and jiu-jitsu under a single age-progression system.
