The Academy-Lexington Gymnastics and Cheerleading

20+ year staple gym with trampoline park on National Ave

The Academy-Lexington Gymnastics and Cheerleading has run from the National Avenue location for over 20 years. The facility includes a 30-foot trampoline park alongside the gymnastics floor and a dedicated party room - useful for families wanting trampoline-park-style birthday hosting at a gymnastics gym.

Kids programs

Schedule covers infants through teen with cheer and competitive tracks. Programs include:

• Parent-and-me classes for toddlers
• Gymnastics classes (beginner to advanced)
• Cheerleading and tumbling
• Pre-team and competitive gymnastics team
• Children's Social & Emotional Learning Group
• After-school pickup and full-day drop-off
• Summer camps with themed activities and field trips (ages 4-11)
• Open gym sessions
• Birthday parties (2-hour increments)

What's Included

• Coached classes by age and skill
• 30-foot trampoline park on-site
• After-school and drop-off programs

Experience

Useful for Lexington families who want a single venue covering classes, drop-off care, and birthday hosting. The Social & Emotional Learning Group is unusual for a gymnastics gym - signals an explicit non-physical curriculum component alongside the standard skill drills.
