The Curious Kitchen

The Curious Kitchen is a recreational cooking school in downtown Murfreesboro, part of the Nashville metro, run by a mother-and-daughter team who love to share their passion for cooking. Kids cook hands-on around a custom-built instructional table, then sit down together to enjoy what they made.

Classes for Kids

Camps and classes are hands-on from start to finish, with a different focus each session. Programs include:
- Spring, Fall, and Holiday camps
- An eight-week Summer camp
- One-time classes and week-long sessions

What's Included

• Ingredients and equipment for every recipe
• Guided baking and cooking at a custom instructional table
• A shared sit-down meal of the food kids prepare, including lunch

Experience

Sessions are built for ages 6 to 15 and run about two hours of cooking, with the last stretch spent eating together. The hands-on, family-style format helps kids gain real skills and confidence in the kitchen.
