The Dome Indoor Flag Football

The Dome is Anchorage's signature indoor sports complex, a 180,000-square-foot facility on Changepoint Drive. Its youth flag football program runs as the Dome's most popular recreational youth offering.

NFL Flag Divisions

Programs include:
- 5-7 year old beginner division
- 8-10 year old intermediate division
- 11-13 year old division
- 14-16 year old high school division
- Season runs October through December

What's Included

• Weekly evening practice plus Friday night games
• Optional soft helmets available at cost
• End-of-season tournament weekend

Experience

The Dome eliminates weather as a factor for an Anchorage winter youth-sports program. Practices run 5:30-9:30 PM weeknights with Friday night games on the dome floor.
