Bell Road Tiger-Rock Taekwondo
Tiger-Rock Taekwondo Academy on Bell Road is Montgomery's branch of the national Tiger-Rock network, running an exclusive training system that combines traditional taekwondo with elements of hanmudo, hapkido and Brazilian jiu-jitsu plus physical fitness training.
Kids Taekwondo
Tiger-Rock kids classes are split by age band and rank, with a clean preschool entry. Programs include:
- Tiger Cubs preschool taekwondo

Experience
Tiger-Rock curriculum is one of the most structured kids martial arts systems in the US, with predictable belt-test rhythm and a clear character / leadership emphasis. Younger kids absorb basic stance, kicking and listening; older kids cycle through forms, kicking drills and controlled sparring with regular promotions.
