Ultimate Combat Training Center on East Murray Holladay Road is a multi-discipline combat sports gym that serves Salt Lake City, Millcreek, West Valley City, Murray and Holladay families. The gym combines Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, boxing and MMA on a single membership.
Kids Martial Arts and BJJ
Kids classes are part of a structured progression that lets students cross-train across disciplines as they advance. Programs include:

Experience
Combined-style gym lets kids build confidence, respect and physical tools under one roof while sampling different mats. Younger kids start with body control and positional games; older kids drill technique and roll under supervision, then step into Muay Thai pad work and live sparring as they mature.
