Garfield Drive Cuong Nhu Studio
Unity Martial Arts on Garfield Drive is the first school in Little Rock to teach Cuong Nhu, a Vietnamese mixed martial art combining hard and soft styles, taught alongside BJJ and Tai Chi.
Kids Cuong Nhu
Kids program built around the Grasshoppers age group, with progression into BJJ and standing martial arts. Programs include:
- Grasshoppers (ages 4-7)
- Kids Cuong Nhu
- Kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
- Wu Style Tai Chi
- Summer camps (age 8+ or two rank tests passed)

- Mixed striking + grappling exposure
Experience
Cuong Nhu blends karate stance and striking with throws, joint locks and softer Tai Chi-derived movement. Kids learn through games and basic forms first, then move into partner work and BJJ as they earn ranks.
