Grass Court League at Dan D. Rogers Elementary

United States Youth Volleyball League (USYVL) runs its Dallas program on outdoor grass at Dan D. Rogers Elementary in East Dallas, giving kids a low-cost intro to the sport outside in spring and early summer.

Co-Ed Divisions (Ages 7–15)

The program is structured around four age-based co-ed divisions. Classes include:
- 7–8 year old division
- 9–10 year old division
- 11–12 year old division
- 13–15 year old division
- Beginner, intermediate, and experienced players welcome

What's Included

• T-shirt and season medal with registration
• Clinician-led format with experienced head coach
• Volunteer coaches under clinician supervision
• Wednesday evening (6–7 pm) + Saturday morning (9–10 am) sessions
• Outdoor grass playing surface

Experience

Best for families wanting an inexpensive, outdoor, low-commitment way to try volleyball. The grass surface is easier on new players' knees than indoor courts, and the coach-supervised volunteer model keeps fees low compared to private clubs.
