Madison Metropolitan School District (MMSD) public 9-12 high school in west Madison - recently renamed from Madison Memorial to Vel Phillips Memorial High School honoring the trailblazing Wisconsin civil rights attorney. Spartans field boys' and girls' interscholastic varsity lacrosse through WIAA + Wisconsin Boys/Girls Lacrosse Federation.

Lacrosse program

Spartans Lacrosse competes in WLF conference - public-school division. Spring season March-May. Feeder participation through Madison Youth Lacrosse + Madison Area Lacrosse Association youth programs.
