High-Level Club Volleyball in Eden Prairie

Vital Volleyball Club operates out of Champion's Hall in Eden Prairie, offering competitive training for boys and girls across the Twin Cities metro. The club is affiliated with JVA, North Country Region Volleyball, and Nike.

Programs by Age and Level

Year-round offerings span from young beginners to elite competitors:
- Little Vitals — introductory program for incoming 4th–5th graders
- Competitive JO teams — 11U through 18U girls, 12U through 18U boys
- Summer and fall clinics
- Sand volleyball training (seasonal)
- Open gyms, specialty clinics, and private lessons
