The William G. White Jr. Family YMCA hosts the Brenner FIT Teaching Kitchen - a partnership with Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist - running free family cooking classes out of the YMCA's dedicated teaching kitchen since 2013.

Family Cooking Classes

Free hands-on family classes plus demonstrations. Programs include:
