Pre-K Through 12th Grade Theater School
Young People's Theater (YPT) is an Ann Arbor nonprofit providing professional-quality theater experiences for grades K-12, with fall and spring mainstage productions performed at the University of Michigan's Power Center and Lydia Mendelssohn Theatre.
Programs for Kids and Teens
Curriculum spans pre-school through 12th grade with age-banded tracks. Offerings include:
- Mainstage productions (fall and spring)
- Performance arts classes
- Summer camps
- Tech program covering backstage work
- Age bands: 4-5, 6-8, 9-12, teen
- Performances at U-M Power Center and Lydia Mendelssohn Theatre
