AP Training Center FL on NW 5th Avenue in Fort Lauderdale combines a dedicated kids Judo program with an EMS-training and martial arts nonprofit model, with after-school hours from 3pm Monday through Friday.
Kids Judo
Age-tiered judo curriculum starting at age 3 with movement-based fundamentals. Programs include:
