Brooklyn's 175,000 Sq Ft Two-Rink Sport Complex

Aviator Sports & Events Center occupies 175,000 square feet of historic Floyd Bennett Field in Brooklyn, home to two NHL-size indoor ice rinks plus gymnastics, turf fields, and event space. The center anchors the Aviator Hockey Club, NYC's largest in-house youth hockey program for ages 4-20.

Programs for Kids

Hockey programming runs in-house from first lessons through travel-team play. Programs include:
- ATOMs introductory hockey for ages 5 and up
- Aviator Hockey Club in-house and travel teams through age 20

Experience

The size of the facility means a child can start at age 5 in the ATOMs program and progress all the way through the Aviator Hockey Club travel program without leaving the building. Younger skaters work fundamentals - balance, stride, falling safely - before advancing into stick-handling and small-area games. The Floyd Bennett Field setting draws families from Brooklyn, Queens, and Staten Island.
