Claying Around is an Asheville paint-pottery and clay studio on Hendersonville Road in south Asheville, with a steady kids calendar of parties, camps, and a Kids Clay Club.

Hours run Wed-Sat 11am-6pm and Sun 1-4pm, closed Monday-Tuesday. The south Asheville location pairs naturally with stops at Biltmore Park or Hendersonville Road shopping. The Silver Clay option is rare in kids studios - it's a metal-clay technique most paint-pottery places don't carry.
