Experience
Camp themes go deep on a single topic over the four-day arc - kids leave Pasta Masters knowing the full pasta workflow, or Junior Bakers with serious dessert technique, rather than a sampler of unrelated dishes. Teen Restaurant Line track simulates working a pro kitchen station, which suits older campers looking at culinary as a real interest.
