Junior Golf Academy with 200+ Students

Cypress Golf Academy operates out of Houston National Golf Club in the Cypress/northwest Houston area, led by PGA Director of Instruction Christopher Westerdahl. The junior program has grown to over 200 enrolled students and uses the Operation 36 platform to track development.

Junior Programs

Two age-based tracks plus private instruction:
- Birdie Basics (ages 3–6) — introduction to golf through storytelling and creative play, designed to engage young kids through imagination rather than drills
- Junior Golf Academy (ages 6–16) — group classes combined with on-course play using the Operation 36 system, with semester-based registration
- Private lessons available with the PGA teaching staff
