Doc's NY Lacrosse
Founded in 1996 and named for Bernard "Doc" Schoenbaum (1914-1989), Doc's NY Lacrosse is New York City's original and largest youth lacrosse program. Headquartered at 65 West 89th Street on the Upper West Side, the nonprofit introduces and teaches "the fastest game on foot" to boys and girls from kindergarten through 9th grade across the five boroughs.
Kids Lacrosse Programs
Spring and fall outdoor seasons plus winter indoor scrimmages. Divisions by grade from K-1 through 8-9, recreation through travel. Programs include:
- Co-ed K-2 introductory clinics
- Boys and girls travel teams for grades 3-9
- High-school Sunday scrimmages, fall and winter
- College recruiting showcase pipeline
- All gear loaner-program for new players
