Experience
Jukido blends judo throws, jujitsu joint locks, aikido redirection and karate strikes into one self-defense-oriented system - broader curriculum than pure judo or pure jujitsu. YMCA setting keeps costs lower than commercial martial arts schools. Kids learn falling first, then throws, holds and basic self-defense applications, with optional Farmington Valley YMCA second location for families that travel.
