Evolve Sports Group

Evolve Sports Group is Western New York's player development organization, originally launched as a hockey program and now spanning hockey, field hockey, lacrosse, and goaltending under one roof in Fairport. The Baird Road facility is the home base for year-round training across all four sports.

Kids Lacrosse Programs

Evolve Lacrosse runs skill-based training for youth players. Programs include:
- Individual development sessions
- Small group lacrosse training
- Lacrosse camps in summer
- Practice rentals (used by Penfield Youth Lacrosse and other area clubs)

Experience

Skill-focused environment built for individual development rather than full-league play. Suitable for kids who want repetitions outside of their town rec season or pre-season conditioning ahead of spring lacrosse.
