Roots Box Lacrosse runs Rochester's USBOXLA-certified youth box lacrosse league, powered by the NLL's Rochester Knighthawks. The league plays its fall season inside Frank Ritter Memorial Ice Arena's turf floor on the RIT campus.

Kids Box Lacrosse Programs

Eight-week fall box lacrosse league for 5th through 8th graders. Programs include:
- Two box training sessions plus six regular-season games
- Playoffs and championship
- Two divisions: 5th/6th grade and 7th/8th grade

Experience

Indoor box lacrosse is a faster, smaller-roster version of the field game and a long-time Knighthawks staple. Designed as a fall complement to spring field lacrosse, giving Rochester kids a way to keep playing year-round.
