GEK In The Game is a Buffalo-based 501(c)(3) youth sports nonprofit operating out of Houghton Park on the city's east side. It runs NFL Flag football, MLS GO soccer, and bite-size multi-sport sampler sessions, with social-emotional learning baked into the coaching curriculum.
NFL Flag Football Spring League
Co-ed league for kids ages 6-16. Programs include:
- Group skill training and live games
- Spring 2026 season with first game in late April
- Mixed-grade divisions
- Optional bite-size sampler for younger siblings
