Germantown Cricket Club on Manheim Street in northwest Philadelphia operates one of the rare tennis facilities in the country with grass, Har-Tru, and red clay courts plus indoor courts under one roof. The club is USTA-recognized as an Outstanding Facility. Junior tennis runs alongside adult clinics, pickleball, and padel offerings.

Experience

The four-surface lineup is unusual - kids rarely get exposure to grass tennis in the US, and learning rally patterns on clay versus hard versus grass builds different skills. Junior Clinics keep group sizes small, with weekly progression through the school year. Indoor courts mean winter doesn't interrupt training.
