Hudson Table is an interactive culinary studio and event space in Philadelphia's Piazza neighborhood, opened in 2020 as the brand's second location after Hoboken. Kids work alongside professional chefs in a real teaching kitchen, learning techniques rather than following pre-measured kits.
Kids Cooking Programs
Programs are split by age, with weeknight classes during the school year and themed week-long summer camps. Programs include:
- Kids cooking classes (ages 4-7) - shorter sessions, knife-free recipes, baking basics
- Kids cooking classes (ages 8-14) - full hands-on cooking, baking technique, knife skills
- Summer camps - Around the World, Cooking with Disney, Italian Restaurant, Culinary Techniques themes
- Advanced Baking summer camp (ages 12-16)
