Idaho Youth Football League (IYFL) runs flag, flex, and tackle football divisions across the greater Boise area. Headquarters sit in Garden City, with games hosted at partner fields throughout the Treasure Valley.

Flag, Flex & Tackle

Programs include:
- 6U Flag Football for young beginners
- 8U Flex Football (limited-contact) division
- 9U through 14U Tackle Football divisions
- Fall season with registration opening late March
