Optimist Youth Football at Optimist Youth Sports Complex

Optimist Youth Football is the largest youth football organization in Idaho's Treasure Valley, headquartered at its own multi-field complex on Hill Road in northwest Boise.

Football, FLEX & Cheer

Programs include:
- Flag Football for boys and girls ages 6-9
- Full-contact Tackle Football for ages 8-13
- FLEX Football (no down-linemen contact) for ages 8-12
- Cheerleading for ages 4-12
- Girls Flag Football season

What's Included

Jersey and helmet provided with tackle registration
Saturday games at the Optimist Youth Sports Complex
Four weekly tackle practices in neighborhood locations
Volunteer coaches affiliated with the Boise Optimist Club

Experience

With dedicated fields and a multi-decade history, Optimist is the default starting point for Boise football families. The complex hosts most Saturday games, so kids from across the Treasure Valley meet on the same fields each weekend.
