Musical Theatre Academy at Arts Place
InnOVATION Arts Academy is a theatre school and dance studio at Arts Place in downtown Lexington serving preschool through 12th grade students with a train-then-perform model.
Kids and Teen Musical Theatre
Programming covers musical theatre, dance, and voice with multiple progression tracks. Offerings include:
- Beginner Musical Theatre for preschool through 2nd grade
- Intermediate Musical Theatre for 3rd-8th grades
- Conservatory for advanced 4th-12th graders
- Summer Programs and Junior Theatre Festival entries
- National Youth Theatre Experience and Tech Training Program
- Dance Classes and private Voice Lessons

Experience
Students train across voice, dance, and acting before stepping into productions, with progression that takes performers from beginner musical theatre into conservatory-level work and Junior Theater Festival appearances.
