Family-owned cooking school established in 2006 in a restored 100-year-old adobe home in Albuquerque's North Valley. Offers hands-on cooking instruction for kids ages 10-16 in small group settings.

Kids Classes (Ages 10-16)

Schedule

• One Saturday per month
• 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM
• June-July: Summer camps available

What They Teach

• Basic to advanced cooking and baking techniques
• Produce selection and protein pairing
• Creating nutritious, appealing meals
• Kitchen confidence building

Class Approach

• Small group sizes for plenty of hands-on teaching
• Recipe review followed by hands-on food preparation
• Students enjoy the meal they create
• Participants receive recipe copies to build personal cookbook
