Makit Takit

Makit Takit is Lincoln's all-ages craft studio on Normal Boulevard, with kids classes, drop-in projects, and a maker space stocked with sewing machines and a laser cutter.

What's Included

Camp registration covers materials, instruction, equipment access (Bernina sewing machines, Glowforge laser cutter, heat press), and a Friday showcase. Drop-in projects price by project with supplies stocked on site.

Experience

The studio splits into a sewing room, classroom space, retail shop, and the Splatter Room for messy paint days. Hours run Mon-Fri 11am-7pm and Saturdays 10am-3pm, so after-school and weekend drop-ins both fit. The mix of structured camps plus walk-in projects makes it work for both planners and last-minute weekends.
