Martial Arts America - Ankeny
About
Martial Arts America on S Ankeny Boulevard
Martial Arts America is a traditional Korean Taekwondo dojang at 621 S Ankeny Boulevard, run by Grand Master Bob Sledge, Owner and Chief Instructor since taking over leadership in 2014. The school teaches traditional Korean TKD as originally taught by Grand Master Woojin Jung, a lineage tracing back to the classic mid-20th-century Korean masters, with a focus on classical forms, kicking precision, and patient long-term practice rather than belt-mill speed promotions.

- Kicking combinations from front and roundhouse through spinning and jumping
