Mecklenburg County Park and Recreation runs county-wide youth athletics out of recreation centers across Charlotte and Mecklenburg, with a girls' volleyball league as part of its expanding youth sports menu.
Girls' Volleyball League (Ages 11–13)
The county-run league focuses on getting more girls into the sport at the middle-school age. Classes include:
