Memphis Botanic Garden - 96 Acres of Themed Gardens in East Memphis
96-acre botanical garden in east Memphis, with 30+ themed gardens including the Big Backyard children's garden, Japanese Garden of Tranquility, and Daffodil Hill. Operated as a non-profit in partnership with the City of Memphis.
Programs for Kids
Year-round programming through Memphis Botanic Garden. Programs include:
- Summer Camp at the Garden (ages 4-12, week-long)
- Themed camps for ages 6-9: Around the World in Five Days, Art in Nature, Mythbusters, Things with Wings, Wildlife Safari
- Eco Engineers camp for ages 10-12
- Nature crafts, games, and explorations led by Garden Guides
- School field trips

Experience
Memphis families use the Botanic Garden as a recurring outdoor destination and a structured weekly camp option. The Cherry Road location is in east Memphis at the Audubon Park area, reachable from I-240 and Park Avenue.
