Nashville Youth Hockey League
About
Nashville's Original Youth Hockey Association
The Nashville Youth Hockey League (NYHL) has run youth hockey in greater Nashville since 1964 - long before the Predators arrived - and remains the primary house and recreational hockey organization in town. NYHL games and practices live at Centennial Sportsplex, with player flow extending into Predators-affiliated travel programs as kids age up.

- Learn to Play Hockey (ages 5-9 introduction)

- Recreational seasons in fall and winter
- Summer skills and stick-time
- Player development clinics

Experience
NYHL is the obvious first stop for any Nashville-area family new to hockey - 60-plus years of continuity, public-rink pricing through Metro Parks, and a recreational-first culture that doesn't push competitive tryouts on first-year players.
