South Charlotte Spartans

Next Level Spartans is a volunteer-led youth football and cheer non-profit founded in 2019, serving Steele Creek and greater South Charlotte. The program competes in the Big South Youth Football League (BSYFL) with practices and games at T.M. Winget Park.

Programs for Kids

Football and cheer for kids ages 5-12. Programs include:
- Flag football (ages 5-6)
- Tackle football (ages 7-14)
- Cheerleading
- Spring conditioning camps

What's Included

  • Volunteer head coaches with youth, high school, and collegiate coaching backgrounds
  • Home practices and games at T.M. Winget Park (150-acre Mecklenburg County park)
  • BSYFL league play

Experience

Newer competitive club for South Charlotte / Steele Creek / Tega Cay / Fort Mill families. Suits kids stepping up from rec into BSYFL-level competition with a single home park.
