North County Football and Cheer

North County Youth Football and Cheer fields the Nighthawks, a youth program serving kids in kindergarten through 8th grade. The organization runs both flag and tackle football alongside cheer programming, with practices and games on its North County property.

Football Programs

Flag football for the youngest players plus tackle football for older athletes. Programs include:
- Flag football for ages 5 to 7
- Tackle football for ages 8 to 14
- Cheer program alongside football

What's Included

• Late-summer through October regular season

Experience

Practices typically run 3 to 4 days a week before Labor Day and reduce to 2 to 3 days weekly afterward, generally between 5:30 and 8:30 pm. Games begin in late August and continue through October, with playoffs starting in late October.
