About
Broken Arrow performing arts academy serving Tulsa-area youth since 1996
Oklahoma Performing Arts (OPA) trains kids ages 3-19 across dance, music, voice, acting, and technical theater under one roof in Broken Arrow, just east of Tulsa. The program structure pairs weekly classes with performance companies that stage full productions.
Theater Programs
Two performance tracks plus classroom training:
- LUEY (Let Us Entertain You) - theater performance program for ages 7+, four productions per season
- Allenato - all-youth performing arts company with full-show productions
- OPA Training classes in acting, theatre movement, and technical theater
- Multi-discipline schedule (ballet, tap, jazz, acrobatics, piano, voice, music theory)
What's Included
- Multi-discipline training under one roof
- Performance opportunities each season
- Sequenced training from age 3 through high school
Experience
OPA's strength is depth across disciplines, so kids who start in dance can grow into acting and tech theater without changing studios. The LUEY troupe gives mid-range performers a steady production schedule.
